Youth Choir will start their season next Sunday August 13th immediately following 11a Mass. We'll begin with a small snack and then hop into the swing of things for about an hour and a half. If you have a chorister on your hands that would like to join please click into the YC page and then the signup link to the left.

Summer is starting to wind down and the kiddos are back to school. This also means the choirs are getting together again for another season. If your little Angel would like to join us please click on the signup link to the left. Angel Choir will meet weekly at 10:20a - 10:50a in the choir room. Calling all Angels and Shephers! Little drummer boys! A Cow, Sheep, Donkey, the Angel Gabriel, Mary & Joseph, and the Bethlehem star! Sign up now to participate in our Christmas Eve Nativity, Sat. Dec. 24th. We will have one practice Thursday Dec. 22nd after school hours to distribute costumes and do a walk through in the Sanctuary. Thank you again for helping to share this beautiful story.

We are still in need of snack volunteers for next week 11/13 and the week after for Mass 11/20. Depending on how the 11/13 rehearsal goes we may not have a rehearsal after Mass so looking for a breakfast type snack. Please see the sign up genius link below if you are able to bring a snack. 2nd and 4th Mondays in August 6:30-8pm at the Pavilion out back August 8th will be the Amazing Trailmen Games including a Nerf gun gallery - BRING YOUR OWN NERF GUN AND 10 BULLETS!! August 23rd will be the Trailmen Showcase including the traditional Dutch Oven cobbler finale. More information regarding cost and the calendar will be available at the open houses.

Join us for "Lessons and Carols", a wonderful Advent devotional to prepare your hearts for the season,  with Scripture, familiar Christmas Carols, and Anthems, each marked by the Lighting of a Candle. Typically experienced only in a Cathedral, the SMA Choirs present this traditional Advent service as a beautiful gift to you!

O Come, O Come on Sat. Dec. 4th, 7pm Light refreshments for those staying after the Vigil Mass, and cookies for all after the service!

Sat Aug 14 after the 5pm Mass. We are showing Everyone's Hero. Bring a picnic dinner and chairs if you wish.

Youth Choir resumes this Sunday upstairs in the Choir room following 11A Mass. It is open for children from 4th grade generally to 9th grade but we do also have some older teens. If your child would like to join please come to the choir room and speak to Nila Alexander. If you haven't already please join our Flocknote group by filling in the form below. Thanks!

REMINDER - Youth choir is singing for 9a Mass on Easter Sunday 4/4. Please be sure your chorister arrives for warm-up at 8:30. You should have received a parking pass, if you did not please let us know ASAP!

The Angel and Youth choir rehearsals as well as singing during Sunday Mass are postponed effective immediately for the next 2 weeks. Palm Sunday Mass for YC is TBA. Please keep monitoring the Music Ministry pages for any additional announcements.

Bravo, SMA Youth choir for singing and hosting the 22nd Annual Archdiocesan Youth Choir Festival! Our parish was the perfect setting for this special day of rehearsals and fun, culminating at the Vigil Mass where this group led the congregation in song with special prelude music and anthems throughout. Be sure to join us next year, young singers. Thanks to all SMA staff and parent helpers who made it possible.

In an effort to reduce paper usage among other things I will be trying to do check-ins via a Google Form. The link above will take you to a page with a QR code. Please scan the QR code with your phone and fill out the short form to check-in your Angel(s). For either iPhone or Android phones simply open the Camera app and point at the code. Safari/Chrome should prompt you if successful. Please be sure to fill it out entirely, especially the phone number in case we need to contact you. The QR code will also be printed at the sign-in table for easy access. Thanks!

We are excited to announce that the 22nd Annual Archdiocesan Youth Choir Festival will be held for the first time OTP and here at our parish! Please click on the link above for more details. Registration forms for members of a youth choir within the Atlanta Archdiocese are available in the documents section of the Youth Choir page.

Youth Choir will be starting back up on Sunday August 18th at 12:15p in the Choir room. If you would like to sign your youth teen up please look for the signup form in the documents section and if possible please come meet us during one of the meet and greet sessions this Sunday 8/4. This semester's calendar is also posted below in the documents section.
