The Spiritual Journey will help us "figure out where we're going spiritually". Father Carey will give 4 talks (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). The first will describe the stages and markers of the journey using the life of Moses as a paradigm drawn on a spiritual context. Then he will show how we can use the Beatitudes as a program or discipline for spiritual growth. Third, he will discuss the sacraments and how they help define our spiritual lives. Latly, he will explore prayer, specifically the Hail Mary, pointing out this prayer's different voices and traditions. All will help us keep our spiritual equilibrium in these turbulent times.
