Testing New Sign-in Procedure

Please scan the QR code with your phone and fill out the short form to check-in your Angel(s).

For either iPhone or Android phones simply open the Camera app and point at the code. Safari or Chrome should prompt you if successful.

If you are reading this page on your phone then please click here. Please be sure to fill it out entirely, especially the phone number in case we need to contact you. The QR code will also be printed at the sign-in table for easy access. Thanks!
