VBS 2018

REGISTERED PARTICIPANT INFORMATION:

Join us on Monday, June 11 at 8:40am in the Family Center.
Here is some information that will be helpful to you:

1. Drop off (in the Family Center) is at 8:40am and pick up is at 12pm.  (Friday June 17^th-Pick up following Mass approx. 12:30 pm.)  Please try to drop your child off on time so that he or she doesn’t miss a minute of the fun; prompt pick up is also greatly appreciated!  Please join us each afternoon for Sing and Play Music, the last part of our day!  It begins at 11:30am (in the Family Center) Monday through Thursday and will be a great time to experience some of the fun at Shipwrecked Totally Catholic VBS. 
2. Pick up will be done ONE group at a time ONE child at a time.  You will have to sign your child out before they are allowed to leave. Please be patient and remember this is for the SAFETY of our children!
3. Have your child wear play clothes and closed-toed shoes.  He or she will be more comfortable.
4. Please keep a sick child at home, especially if he or she is contagious or running a temperature.  If a sick child needs an antibiotic, he or she will need to be on the antibiotic 24 hours prior to returning to VBS.  If your child needs to see the doctor during VBS, we will need a doctor’s note indicating he or she can return to VBS.
5. Let us know (Justine Lemmo and Jillian Maldonado-VBS Co-Coordinators, Elizabeth Bonutti-DRE, or Diane Hanson-RE Administrator) if your child needs to be picked up early.  Your child will be brought to the Religious Education office for early pickup. They cannot be picked up early directly from their group.
6. Let us know (Justine Lemmo and Jillian Maldonado-VBS Co-Coordinators, Elizabeth Bonutti-DRE, or Diane Hanson-RE Administrator) if your child will be picked up by someone else.
7. Let us know if there is any other information concerning your child that will help us to make the week an exciting, faith-filled, and successful week for your child. (especially allergies or special needs concerns)
